Tim and his team are incredible. I have never had a tow service go above and beyond for someone they didn’t know. They took care of my dog while I sorted out my stuff. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Highly highly recommend this company. I can’t thank you enough for your help.

My pick up truck was buried in mud at a remote location.
Amazing!! They took a job nobody else would take. The removal of the truck was performed with excellence, professionalism and courtesy. Would definitely recommend them for all your towing/road service needs. I'm hoping not to get stuck like that again, but if I do, they will 100% get the call.

I wish there were more stars for this company! Tim was so helpful and would have dropped everything to drive to Ignace to rescue us if needed. We got a tow from another company who dropped us at Tim's yard for the night, where we could plug in the RV. He fixed the mechanical problem for us in the morning. Our RV was never treated so well. Thanks, Tim and all the crew who worked around us. Excellent service, super friendly people. Edit: I just had a phone call from Tim, the owner, to check up on us. That never happens!

My alternator died, and Tim let me order my part from his shop. For one, I was towed to his shop. It was fast, and the staff was very helpful in my time of need. Highly recommend it if you break down in this neck of the woods calling Northwoods Thunder Bay Towing.
